In this role, you'll ensure the smooth operation of internal software systems and help departments work efficiently through technology support and collaboration.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Maintain, test, and troubleshoot software systems (including Momentus) for optimal performance and reliability.</p><p>• Assist with system configurations, updates, and infrastructure needs from planning to implementation.</p><p>• Lead our internal Momentus ERP success group and support team members across departments.</p><p>• Provide training and share documentation to help users effectively navigate software tools.</p><p>• Monitor tech trends and implement best practices to enhance system effectiveness.</p><p>• Manage user accounts and access rights for software platforms.</p><p>• Collaborate with stakeholders to align system capabilities with evolving business needs.</p><p>• Ensure data governance practices for quality, security, and access.</p><p>• Design and prioritize Crystal Reports to deliver timely, accurate insights.</p><p>• Participate in committee meetings and cross-departmental projects.</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p><br></p><p>Required:</p><p>• Associate’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.</p><p>• Familiarity with basic programming or query languages and business intelligence tools.</p><p>• Experience with system administration, database tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite.</p><p>• Strong verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.</p><p>• Critical thinking and decision-making skills to analyze and resolve system issues.</p><p>• Team player with a strong customer service mindset and ability to work across departments.</p><p>• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Company:</p><p>Boise Centre is Idaho’s largest convention and event venue located in vibrant downtown Boise - just a short seven minutes from the airport.
