## Job Description: 📍Manage, moderate and grow Blum’s internal India Community 📍Interact with the external India Crypto Community on local forums, social media platforms and chat groups 📍Manage and coordinate local events and vet interview opportunities for the Core Founding Team 📍Plan & execute locally curated online & offline promo campaigns and gatherings 📍Research, onboard and work closely with local KOLs with a key focus on growing the Community 📍Plan & execute Community expansion to social media platforms popular locally 📍Help with content proofreading, translations and delivery 📍Represent Blum on local events and conferences ## Job Requirements: 📍English speaker: fluent in English and at least one major Indian dialect 📍Experienced in managing crypto communities 📍Experienced in leading a team of volunteers 📍Experienced in collaborating with KOLs and micro-influencers 📍Remote nomad: you have no problem working remotely and enjoy it the most 📍Living Crypto: savvy with crypto trends and community vibes, especially on Telegram
