<strong>Position : Customer and Data Support - Complaint Management<br><br></strong><strong>Location : Birmingham, AL<br><br></strong><strong>Duration : 12 Months <br><br></strong><strong>Total Hours/week : 40.00<br><br></strong><strong>1st Shift<br><br></strong><strong>Client: Medical Device Company<br><br></strong><strong>Employment Type: Contract on W2 (Need US Citizens Or GC Holders Only)<br><br></strong>40 hours per week - Mon. Fri. 8AM - 5PM or hours agreed upon with Manager<br><br><strong>Job Description<br><br></strong><ul><li>Customer and Data Support team member is responsible for managing the clinical-related customer experiences for our products and services and for prioritizing business opportunities and product/ service solutions. </li><li>Typically is a college/university graduate or has equivalent experience. </li><li>Has basic knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures in a job family or skill. Applies knowledge and skills to complete their own work. </li><li>Depends on others for instruction, guidance, and direction. Develops competence in own area by performing routine work.</li><li>This position will support Integrated Solutions Data and Clinical Support by supporting our user management and customer support across the platform. </li><li>This position will be self-motivated to develop processes and procedures for user access and management across the Integrated Solutions platform, including supporting sites with single sign-on, deployed, and hosted solutions. </li><li>Additionally, they will support other customer support processes.</li><li>The ideal candidate will have some support experience with other Software as a Service solutions. </li><li>This position also requires a candidate with advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Advanced SQL skills are preferred.</li></ul>
