About the position

Responsibilities

  • Answer inquiries online, over the phone, and in person.
  • Schedule parties, packages, and individual appointments.
  • Prepare the facility/station for services.
  • Assist clients with home care decisions and retailing.
  • Check clients in and out of services.
  • Manage issues as they arise and provide damage control.
  • Assist technicians with station setup and cleanup.
  • Perform light laundry and cleaning duties.
  • Maintain a friendly and upbeat environment for guests and coworkers.

Requirements

  • Previous salon or spa experience of at least 1 year.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with salon software.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work with technology, including apps and point of sale programs.
  • Organized personality with good attention to detail.
  • Warm and inviting presence.
