Job Description:

  • Input data from source documents accurately and efficiently.

  • Maintain and update databases and records.
  • Identify and correct data discrepancies.
  • Organize and store documents digitally and securely.
  • Generate reports and retrieve data as requested.
  • Assist in data analysis and reporting tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency.
  • Perform regular backups to secure data integrity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Professional or similar role
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
  • Familiarity with data entry software and databases
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
