Key Responsibilities:

The Data Steward will oversee data governance, quality, and integrity within the organization.

Implementation of data governance frameworks to ensure accurate and secure data management across the organization.
Establish and maintain data stewardship roles and responsibilities within business units and functional areas.
Define data standards, policies, and processes for managing data assets, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Data Quality and Integrity:

Oversee data quality initiatives to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability of key data sets.
Monitor and track data quality metrics, and work with teams to resolve data quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Develop and maintain data dictionaries, glossaries, and metadata repositories to ensure transparency and standardization of key data definitions.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience working in Data Governance or Data Management within a global CPG company or similar industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into data governance solutions.
