We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing & CRM Virtual Assistant (Part-Time | Remote | AU Client)

FBC Asia Pacific is supporting an Australian sales consulting firm looking for a skilled Digital Marketing & CRM Virtual Assistant to support marketing initiatives, CRM management, and content creation.

Part-Time: 9 hours per week
Location: Philippines | Remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Zoho One / Zoho CRM, including leads, contacts, and CRM records
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and track client interactions
  • Create and distribute newsletters and marketing communications
  • Manage social media accounts (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Create visual marketing materials, presentations, and digital content
  • Support marketing campaigns and lead generation activities

Mandatory Requirements:
Applicants must have hands-on Requirements experience with the following tools.

  • Zoho CRM / Zoho One
  • Canva
  • Riverside
  • Gamma

Additional Skills

  • Digital marketing and social media management experience
  • Strong design and content creation skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and organization

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: No less than 9 per week
