Email Administrator (Cisco IronPort) - 100% Remote

DescriptionActioNet has an immediate need for a Network Administrator. This remote opportunity invites all qualified candidates to apply and requires a Public Trust clearance. Ideal candidates have experience with Cisco IronPort, and expertise in network administration and diagnostics. Duties and Responsibilities:Manage and monitor email gateways, ensuring secure and efficient email flowServe as SME for Cisco IronPort Secure Email Gateway appliancesCreate and enforce email policies to prevent spam, viruses, and malwareAssist with message tracking and reporting for Cyber Security and Enterprise Messaging teamsPerform network administrative tasks, including user account management, DHCP, and patch managementInstall and configure network hardware; perform routine maintenance and backupsDiagnose and resolve hardware and software issuesCreate and maintain network documentation, train team membersBasic Qualifications (required)Six (6) or more years of experienceProficiency with Windows 11, ServiceNow,AsyncOS, and Arcserve BackupExpertise in managing Cisco IronPort Secure Email Gateway appliancesStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for hardware and softwareSkills Preferred:Experience with federal agencies, particularly the FAAStrong communication and documentation skillsAbility to train and collaborate with team membersActioNet is a CMMI-DEV Level 4, CMMI-SVC Level 4, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, HDI-certified, woman-owned IT Solutions Provider with strong qualifications and expertise in Agile Software Engineering, Cloud Solutions, Cyber Security, and IT Managed Services.
