This is a high visibility role to deliver operational support, performance analytics and business insights. The role sits within the ASI (Analytics Strategy & Insights) team, and the Manager will work with the CoE leads and other partner teams to provide consultative support to Senior Leadership through strategic analysis to highlight insightful trends that lead to actionable recommendations for future growth opportunities. The candidate will possess thought leadership, critical thinking, exceptional communication, and organizational skills. </span><o:p></o:p></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">This role also supports international standardization efforts and is focused on developing and implementing process improvements to drive automation to gain efficiencies across core activities and functions. </span><o:p></o:p></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">Minimum qualifications</span></strong><o:p></o:p></p> <ul style="text-align: justify;"> <li><span style="font-size: 16px;">Strategic Thinking: Ability to adopt a broad perspective and link business strategies to specific initiatives. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill</span><o:p></o:p></li> <li><span style="font-size: 16px;">Communication and Build relationships:  ability to communicate effectively at various audiences/levels within the organization.
