About the position

Responsibilities

Lead and support installation teams for large complex OPL/TFS planning and installation.
Act as a technical expert collaborating with Sales on key OPL and mechanical warewash sales.
Train and coach Senior Field Service Technicians (Sr. FSTs) on OPL & MWW and participate in Pillar work teams.
Provide Tier II technical support for Sr. FSTs and external distributor technicians.
Conduct QA audits for internal and external technicians to ensure compliance with P&G standards.
Deliver work process improvements to enhance efficiency in equipment and service procedures.

Requirements

Expertise with commercial mechanical warewash machines and chemical dispensing pumps.
Proficiency in on-premise laundry machine programming and troubleshooting.
Ability to develop and deliver technical training modules.
Excellent knowledge of tools, data, and service needs for the NSO organization.
Obtain and maintain NRA ServSafe certification; NEHA CP-FS certification recommended.
Understanding of regulatory, plumbing, and electrical requirements affecting mechanical warewash and laundry programs.
Proficient in PGP laptop technology including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
Demonstrated knowledge of PGP chemical program products and their applications.
Strong customer-facing skills to assist the Sales team as a technical expert.

Salary range of \$34.27 - \$42.83 per hour.
