Job Title: SeniorProject Manager (Fit-out)

Description:
Our client is looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Fit-out Project Manager who will oversee and manage large fit-out projects from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will have the responsibility of ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The role will require strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills as well as a thorough understanding of construction processes. The Project Manager will need to be able to reliably travel to London.
You will be expected to:
- Plan and coordinate all construction activities on-site.
- Develop project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation and financial reporting.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
- Implement effective time management strategies to optimise workflow and productivity.
Qualifications/requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fit-out Project Manager/Senior Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management are advantageous.
- Pre-contract and commercial experience are desired
