Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and team members.

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.

  • Handle email correspondence and respond promptly in German and English.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.

  • Conduct research and compile data to support business decisions.

  • Assist in project management tasks and monitor deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience
