About the position

Responsibilities

  • Engage with participants of employer-sponsored retirement plans through inbound phone calls.
  • Provide guidance and solutions regarding retirement products and services.
  • Consult with participants to identify their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Analyze account information to better understand client needs and provide tailored advice.
  • Adapt to changes in market and business conditions to meet client expectations.
  • Participate in ongoing training to become a subject matter authority on retirement products.

Requirements

  • Series 7 and 63 licenses (or equivalent) required with registration in all 50 states.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven passion for helping and educating clients with a strong client-focus.
  • Superior listening skills and ability to analyze account information.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to adhere to policies and procedures.
  • Ability to adapt and implement changes as market conditions evolve.
  • Willingness to adopt mentoring and feedback for continuous improvement.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish.
