The Marketing Associate plays a key role in the planning, coordination and execution of marketing initiatives for a portfolio of university departments. Reporting to the Manager, Brand, the Marketing Associate will work with internal stakeholders on a broad range of projects from concept to delivery, ensuring materials are accurate, on brand, and aligned with organizational goals. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
In this position, you will get the opportunity to gain broad marketing experience while contributing to a variety of impactful projects. You’ll collaborate with a creative team, develop diverse marketing materials, and play a key part in delivering effective communications that strengthen engagement across the organization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
- A minimum of 1-2 years marketing, communications, sales and/or advertising experience. Experience in client services or customer-focused environments is an asset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Collaborative approach to teamwork and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with PC-based applications.
Additional Information
This is a regular, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week. This position has been evaluated at ADM-C with a salary range of $55,202 (minimum) to $64,846 (midpoint) to $74,490 (maximum) per annum. Employment offers will normally be made between the minimum and midpoint of the range and are determined by knowledge, experience and internal equity.
