Our marketing team moves just as quickly — and we need someone who’s ready to jump in, collaborate directly with the CMO and drive multiple initiatives forward with discipline and clarity. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, takes ownership without hesitation and knows how to turn strategy into action. The ideal candidate brings a sharp strategic mind, laser focus on outcomes and the ability to manage priorities across teams and channels — from crafting go-to-market plans to hitting deadlines and making data-backed decisions that move the needle.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement and maintain a marketing plan to promote TCN’s products and services Oversee broader strategy, development and execution of product marketing campaigns across specific market segmentsCoordinate outreach with business development, sales, lead gen, graphic design and marketing teamsDesign and manage campaigns with various teamsDevelop launch strategies for revised or new productsApprove campaigns and marketing materials such as data sheets, briefs, presentations and advertisements for brand alignment and clarity Evaluate campaign performance for ROI and revise strategies accordinglyAnalyze and interpret customer, market and competitor research for better marketing decisionsSupport special projects and events such as conferences and user meetings on as needed basisLead and manage the work of other marketing staff, contribute to strategic planning, process improvement and budgeting.  QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related fieldMinimum of 8 years of experience in marketing or product marketing, ideally within a B2B or SaaS environmentProven experience leading cross-functional marketing initiatives and managing personnelUnderstanding of marketing principles, SEO and digital marketingStrong understanding of integrated marketing, GTM planning and brand positioningExperienced in marketing automation tactics, email and tools (Account Engagement and Salesforce)Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrong project management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlinesAbility to analyze data, assess performance and adjust strategy to optimize resultsSkilled in building collaborative relationships and influencing across departmentsComfortable managing both strategic planning and tactical execution in a fast-paced environment BenefitsHealth (HDHP with HSA)Dental, Vision, Life 401K with employer matchCompetitive salaryPaid time off and paid holidaysWeekly lunches, complementary drinks and snacksCasual dress and flexible work environmentNo relocation provided.
