Advanced Medical Support Role

The incumbent plays a vital administrative role in patient care at the Minneapolis VA Health Care System.

This includes:

• Scheduling and coordinating appointments using advanced principles
• Collecting and updating demographic and insurance information
• Managing the Electronic Waiting List (EWL)
• Patient processing and customer service
