We’re looking for a hands-on Microsoft 365 expert to set up a client-facing portal for our client using SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, and Power BI.
The ideal candidate has done this before — you’ve built multi-department SharePoint portals, automated workflows, and integrated dashboards. This is not a role for someone learning on the job.
Key Responsibilities
MVP Deliverables (Immediate Scope)
SharePoint Department Portals → Set up separate portals for departments with secure credentials and role-based permissions.
Microsoft Teams Integration → Configure dedicated channels per department for communication and collaboration.
Power Automate Workflows → Automate job order submissions, recruiter assignments, notifications, and status tracking.
Power BI KPI Dashboards(non-negotiable) → Build or embed dashboards tracking:
Job order volume
Fill rates & time-to-fill
Billing vs. budgets
Attendance and overtime metrics
Client Literature Hub → Centralized access for documents, policies, invoices, and SOPs.
Future Enhancements (Optional, Ongoing Work)
Multi-step workflow automations and approval chains.
Advanced Power BI analytics and predictive dashboards.
Branded client facing portals with custom UI.
Integrations with timesheet and payroll systems.
Scaling to a multi-client environment for future client partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in Microsoft 365 ecosystem, specifically:
Power Automate → custom workflows, process automations.
Microsoft Teams → integrated collaboration and communication.
Power BI → building and/or embedding real-time dashboards.
Prior experience setting up multi-department or client-facing portals.
Ability to deliver a functional MVP within 7–10 business days.
Strong documentation and process mapping skills.
Comfortable working on a project-based, fixed-fee engagement with as-needed support afterward.
