Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer with strong expertise in Arista Fabric, CloudVision, and EOS, as well as hands-on experience in Arista to Cisco migration projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in designing, implementing, and supporting data center networking solutions leveraging Cisco and Arista platforms, including advanced VXLAN, MSD, and VRRP configurations.
Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and support Arista Fabric deployments using 7010 TOR, 7280R, and 7500R platforms.
Leverage Arista EOS and CloudVision for network automation, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
Lead Arista to Cisco migration efforts, including EOS-to-Cisco configuration translation, feature mapping, and validation.
Implement and support Cisco NDFC VXLAN MSD solutions for multi-site data center environments.
Configure and troubleshoot VRRP for high availability in large-scale network environments.
Provide advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization across hybrid Cisco/Arista infrastructures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network solutions into enterprise environments.
Create detailed design documents, migration runbooks, and operational support guides.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven expertise in Arista Fabric, EOS, and CloudVision.
Strong hands-on experience with Arista to Cisco migrations (EOS to Cisco IOS/NX-OS/DNAC/NDFC).
Advanced knowledge of Cisco Data Center Networking (VXLAN EVPN, MSD, NDFC).
Solid understanding of routing, switching, VRRP, and HA solutions.
Experience with data center architecture and operations.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in multi-vendor environments.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Nice to Have (Preferred):
Knowledge of automation tools (Python, Ansible, or REST APIs) for network orchestration.
Certifications such as CCNP Data Center, CCIE, or Arista ACE.
