Hiring: Part-Time Appointment Setter (Insurance Agency – Recruitment & Client Onboarding Focus)

We are seeking a motivated and confident Appointment Setter to support our growing insurance agency. This role focuses primarily on recruitment outreach and onboarding coordination, as well as setting appointments with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective agents and/or clients
  • Set appointments for recruitment interviews and onboarding calls
  • Follow up with warm and cold leads
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in CRM
  • Send confirmations and reminders for scheduled meetings
  • Assist with onboarding coordination and documentation follow-ups
  • Track daily outreach activity and performance metrics

Qualifications

  • Experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, or telemarketing
  • Strong English communication skills (clear and professional)
  • Comfortable handling objections and follow-ups
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
  • CRM experience preferred

Work Setup

  • Part-time role (hours to be discussed)
  • Remote position
  • Must have reliable computer and stable internet connection
  • Comfortable using a time tracker and virtual office during working hours

Compensation
