About the Charity
The charity's mission is to inspire and enable lifelong giving. Primary schools are core to build the next generation of givers. We are looking for a proactive, creative and highly organised individual to take ownership of the administration and development of our primary school programmes.
The Role
This is a dynamic and varied role combining administration, content creation, logistics and creativity.
The Primary Schools Administrator will take charge of diary management, resource development, content editing and school engagement, ensuring that our programmes run smoothly and continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities
1. Diary & School Coordination
* Proactive diary management of all primary school sessions
* Managing bookings and scheduling
* Liaising directly with schools
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with teachers and school administrators
* Promoting the charity's resources and encouraging repeat bookings
2. Resource & Content Development
* Developing worksheets and classroom resources
* Preparing materials for sessions
* Ensuring stocks and materials are organised and replenished
* Weekly distribution of classes, videos and content to schools
* Supporting the development of new educational products
3. Media & Creative Support
* Social media posting and editing (text, captions, scheduling)
* Redacting raw footage for use in marketing and education
* Creating AI-generated images where appropriate
* Working with foreign graphic designers to produce polished materials
* Exploring new and innovative ways to distribute content and messaging
4. Operations & Reporting
* Invoicing schools
* Tracking and reporting statistics
* Supporting impact measurement
Additional Opportunities (if required)
* Helping to design and launch new products and educational initiatives
* Running and organising the charity's Camp
* Running and arranging TGIS – Sunday families programme
* Creating and developing a Winter Camp programme
* Proactively suggesting new ways to grow our reach and impact
