Position Summary CVS Health has an opportunity for a full-time Provider Data Services Administrator. The Provider Data Services Senior Administrator is responsible for supporting the loading of new and revised Medicaid participating provider data transactions into Aetna/CVS source systems. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large data sets in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do
Daily activities include provider data service, supporting data compliance and directory alignment within QNXT while handling tickets and cases coming in from providers.
Proactively define, identify and recommend process enhancements or modifications to support business strategic goals.
Meet and support established departments productivity, quality, and compliance metrics.
Performing data compares and working with Large Data Sets.
Following area protocols, standards, and policies to provide effective and timely support.
Attending required department trainings to support learning.
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of relevant work experience in the healthcare industry.
Experience working with large data sets and performing data analysis.
Strong analytical skills (writing, modifying, and interpreting queries).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
Innovative mindset with a willingness to propose new ideas and solutions.
Support a positive team environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent work experience.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 - $35.29
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
