<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>Catilas Resources Limited on behalf of our client, a leading commercial Bank urgently needs the services of <strong>Relationship Managers/Direct Sales Agents</strong>. The ideal candidate will be confident, target-driven, customer-centric and have a proven customer support experience with the following responsibilities:</p><p><strong>Market Research:</strong></p><ul> <li>Conducting market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.</li> <li>Analysing data to identify opportunities and challenges in the market.</li> </ul><p><strong>Target Audience Identification:</strong></p><ul> <li>Defining and identifying target audiences for products or services.</li> <li>Creating buyer personas to understand customer demographics, behaviours’, and preferences.</li> </ul><p><strong>Traditional Marketing:</strong></p><ul> <li>Implementing traditional marketing strategies, such as print advertising, direct mail, and door-to-door sales.</li> <li>Provide support on all activities related to agent onboarding, management, business development, and issue resolution.</li> <li>Manage Agent's activities and intensity in line with set targets.</li> </ul><p><strong>Customer Feedback and Surveys:</strong></p><ul> <li>Collecting and analyzing customer feedback through surveys and other methods.</li> <li>Using feedback to improve products, services, and marketing strategies.</li> </ul><p><strong>Customer Retention:</strong></p><ul> <li>Implementing strategies to retain and renew existing client contracts.</li> <li>Addressing customer concerns promptly to maintain long-term relationships.</li> </ul><p><strong>Cross-Selling and Up-Selling:</strong></p><ul> <li>Identifying opportunities for cross-selling additional products or services.</li> <li>Maximizing revenue by encouraging clients to upgrade or expand their purchases.</li> </ul><p><strong>Product Knowledge:</strong></p><ul> <li>Staying informed about the features, benefits, and applications of the company's products or services.</li> <li>Communicating product knowledge effectively to potential and existing clients.</li> </ul><p><strong>Prospecting and Lead Generation:</strong></p><ul> <li>Identifying potential customers and businesses that may be interested in the company's products or services.</li> <li>Generating leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research. </li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>HND or B.Sc in any discipline. (Minimum of Lower Credit or Second Class Lower)</li> <li>Candidate must not be above 28 years</li> <li>NYSC Status: Completed</li> <li>A minimum of 6 months to two (2) years’ sales experience preferably in a Financial Institution or any Agency Supported Institution.</li> <li>Experience in customer service.</li> <li>Ability to self-motivate and manage self.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Good organizational and I.T. skills.</li> <li>Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Location: Nationwide</strong></p>
