About the position

Responsibilities

  • Use a lead system that provides qualified leads—no cold calling or asking friends and family for business.
  • Meet with families over video calls or phone, helping them choose life insurance products that best suit their needs.
  • Set your own schedule, with part-time agents typically meeting 3-5 families per week, and full-time agents meeting 8-15.
  • Follow up with insurance carriers to ensure policies are issued and clients are protected.

Requirements

  • Self-driven and disciplined individuals who are genuine and interested in helping others.
  • Completion of a life and health insurance licensing course, which can be provided at a discounted rate.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior experience in sales (not required but preferred).
