Description:

  • Senior Coordinator, Medicare Eligibility & Compliance (Accounting) to join CVS Health's Medicare Risk Adjustment Team.
  • Full-time role focused on ensuring accurate member eligibility verification and CMS compliance.
  • Conduct member eligibility verifications via portal lookups and COB data collection for CMS submissions.
  • Maintain and update assigned financial reports, assist with ESRD tracking and submission processes.
  • Reconcile payments and report on ESRD status; ensure CMS deadlines and reporting requirements.
  • Work independently while following established schedules and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial reporting, data management, or analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data filtering.
  • Experience with Medicare programs, ESRD, and MSP (Medicare Secondary Payor).
  • Familiarity with CMS systems such as MARX.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Education: High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience required.
