Amazon Air seeks a Regional Sr. Program Manager to develop innovative air transportation solutions for middle-mile transportation, enhancing customer experience.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage regional programs for maintenance suppliers of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and Unit Load Devices (ULD).
  • Lead network-wide initiatives to improve reliability, cost, operational efficiency, and safety in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee supplier GSE maintenance and spare parts contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Conduct supplier program reviews for contractual performance, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Hold customer program reviews to review program status and goals.
  • Investigate contractual issues and partner with customers and suppliers on corrective actions.
  • Perform periodic supplier audits to verify contractual compliance.
  • Develop budgets and program plans to support Amazon Air goals.
