Key Job Responsibilities:

Manage regional programs for maintenance suppliers of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and Unit Load Devices (ULD).
Lead network-wide initiatives to improve reliability, cost, operational efficiency, and safety in partnership with cross-functional teams.
Oversee supplier GSE maintenance and spare parts contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
Conduct supplier program reviews for contractual performance, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement programs.
Hold customer program reviews to review program status and goals.
Investigate contractual issues and partner with customers and suppliers on corrective actions.
Perform periodic supplier audits to verify contractual compliance.
Develop budgets and program plans to support Amazon Air goals.
