<strong>Job Title<br><br></strong>Talent Acquisition Advisor<br><br><strong>Job Description Summary<br><br></strong><strong>Job Description<br><br></strong><strong>Role Summary<br><br></strong>The Talent Acquisition Advisor, Singapore supports talent acquisition and recruitment activities in Singapore, with a focus on attracting and retaining talent, supporting organizational capability, encouraging internal career mobility and contributing to employee engagement. This role supports the recruitment needs of our Facilities Management business line.<br><br>Leveraging global frameworks, systems and programs, this role supports consistent local recruitment practices, contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, and helps build a strong talent pipeline aligned to business priorities in Singapore.<br><br>The role will be involved in activities for Recruitment & Selection, Talent and Market mapping, Onboarding and Career management ensuring HR Systems are optimized, HR metrics are regularly reported, and best practices are being shared and leveraged in Singapore.<br><br>The role will work closely with the Singapore recruitment team and support activities across Recruitment & Selection, Talent and Market Mapping, Onboarding and Career Management, ensuring HR systems are effectively used, HR metrics are tracked, and best practices are shared within the local team.<br><br>In supporting proactive talent sourcing and internal career mobility, this role will collaborate with the Marketing and Communications teams to assist in communicating and promoting our Employee Value Proposition through internal and external career sites and platforms such as LinkedIn.<br><br>Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the person will work closely with country HR Business Partners and COE teams to support efficient and consistent Talent Acquisition activities and contribute to a positive employment experience.<br><br><strong>About The Role<br><br></strong><ul><li>Recruitment & Selection: Support recruitment activities in Singapore by partnering with local HR Business Partners and COE teams to deliver effective recruitment solutions within agreed timelines and cost parameters. Contribute to process improvements and consistency in recruitment practices.</li><li>Support the effective use of global recruitment platforms and careers portals. Assist in promoting Cushman & Wakefield’s Brand & EVP to attract suitable talent in Singapore.</li><li>Build and maintain positive working relationships with third-party consultants and agencies, and support the management of the Cushman & Wakefield PSA, with an understanding of contracts and relevant employment legislation.</li><li>Talent & Market Mapping: Support talent and market mapping activities, including identifying potential talent pools and assisting with research for key roles. Contribute to the evolution from reactive recruitment to more proactive sourcing approaches.</li><li>Employee Value Proposition: Work closely with the Marketing and Communications teams to support the promotion of the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and ensure consistent messaging across recruitment channels in Singapore. Assist HR Business Partners in sharing positive employee stories and career opportunities.</li><li>Onboarding: Support a consistent onboarding approach in Singapore by coordinating with HR COEs and local HR teams to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires, internal moves, and M&A integrations.</li><li>HR Systems and Technology: Work with HR Operations COE and Global Technology Services (GTS) teams to support the use of HR technology platforms (Workday, Phenom People, LinkedIn, and other HR applications). Assist in providing guidance to HR teams and hiring managers to ensure systems are used effectively.</li><li>Governance & Compliance: Support compliance with HR policies, processes, and legislative requirements by following established guidelines and procedures, including adherence to DOA requirements for employment-related activities.</li><li>Reporting: Support the tracking and reporting of key HR and recruitment metrics to meet local, regional, and global reporting requirements, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.</li><li>Financial Stewardship: Support cost-effective recruitment practices and vendor management activities, including monitoring recruitment-related spend in line with budget guidelines.</li><li>Performs other related duties as required or requested.<br><br></li></ul>The ideal candidate for this role will have the following key skills:<br><br><strong>Human Resources Knowledge<br><br></strong><ul><li>Understanding of recruitment and selection processes and talent sourcing.</li><li>Exposure to volume and professional recruitment environments.</li><li>Basic analysis and reporting capability.</li><li>Awareness of commercial considerations within Talent Acquisition.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Strategic Thinking Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li>Ability to understand business priorities and follow established recruitment strategies.</li><li>Ability to assess recruitment needs and support implementation of solutions in a timely manner.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Organizational Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li>Strong coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Collaboration And Communication Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li>Ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at different levels.</li><li>Effective communication skills when working with local and regional colleagues.</li><li>Strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills.<br><br></li></ul><strong>About You<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or human resources.</li><li>At least 3 years of of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience within an in-house or RPO environment.
