This is a front-facing position and is an integral part to the growth and expansion of our partnership with Verizon 5G.Summary of the Verizon Customer Service Associate Position: The Verizon Customer Service Associate is the direct point of contact, or ?front line,? to our consumer base. From providing accurate and timely answers to going step by step through the sales process, the Verizon Customer Service Associate needs to be energetic and organized to deliver an unforgettable experience that keeps our customers coming back!Core Daily Functions of Our Verizon Customer Service Associate:? Work directly with our customer base and help enroll them through the sales process? Demonstrate expertise in our clients? products and services? Answer any customer questions and concerns regarding the information on pricing, policies, contracts, sales, and delivery process? Interact in a professional and empathetic manner while working externally with customers as well as internally with management or other Verizon Customer Service Associates? Follow all compliance, guidelines, and procedures laid out by our Quality Control team throughout the sales process and interaction?
