Your mission is to connect with customers, understand their needs, present compelling product offerings, and close sales that contribute directly to business success.
**This is a commission-based position with performance-based bonuses. Top Verizon Sales and Customer Service Representatives are results-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working directly with the public.
Key Responsibilities of the Verizon Sales and Customer Service Representative:
Acquire new customers by actively engaging with prospects face-to-face, identifying their needs, and delivering persuasive, solution-oriented sales presentations.
Promote Verizon wireless internet products and services, clearly communicating their value, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Follow up with leads, effectively handle objections, and close deals efficiently and professionally.
Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects to ensure consistent monthly performance.
Meet and exceed personal and team-based sales targets and KPIs.
Use product knowledge, market insights, and customer feedback to position offerings in a compelling and personalized manner.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions using internal CRM systems.
Provide outstanding post-sale support to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and referral potential.
Verizon Sales and Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education or relevant sales certifications are a plus.
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience preferred; prior experience in a customer-facing or sales role is highly valued.
Prior experience as a Verizon Sales and Customer Service Representative is highly desirable.
Proven ability to meet or surpass sales targets in a goal-driven environment.
