We are currently seeking a motivated, sales-driven Verizon Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our expanding team. As a Verizon Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will represent Verizon, a global leader in communications and technology, and play a vital role in promoting and selling Verizon’s industry-leading wireless internet solutions. Your mission is to connect with customers, understand their needs, present compelling product offerings, and close sales that contribute directly to business success.

**This is a commission-based position with performance-based bonuses. Top Verizon Sales and Customer Service Representatives are results-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working directly with the public.

Key Responsibilities of the Verizon Sales and Customer Service Representative:

  • Acquire new customers by actively engaging with prospects face-to-face, identifying their needs, and delivering persuasive, solution-oriented sales presentations.
  • Promote Verizon wireless internet products and services, clearly communicating their value, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Follow up with leads, effectively handle objections, and close deals efficiently and professionally.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects to ensure consistent monthly performance.
  • Meet and exceed personal and team-based sales targets and KPIs.
  • Use product knowledge, market insights, and customer feedback to position offerings in a compelling and personalized manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions using internal CRM systems.
  • Provide outstanding post-sale support to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and referral potential.

Verizon Sales and Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education or relevant sales certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience preferred; prior experience in a customer-facing or sales role is highly valued.
  • Prior experience as a Verizon Sales and Customer Service Representative is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to meet or surpass sales targets in a goal-driven environment.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and persuasive selling skills.
  • Excited to lead a face-to-face role to quickly build rapport, earn trust, and navigate customer objections effectively.
  • Familiarity with sales funnels, lead generation tactics, and conversion strategies.

Compensation & Job Details:

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Earnings: Commission-Based
  • Clients & Products: Promote Verizon services*Verizon Sales and Customer Service Representatives, on average, earn between $48,000-$56,000/year. Payout is based on completed appointments
  • Schedule: Monday-Saturday (Approx. 40-50 hrs/week)Job Locations: Main Richmond, VA office location and field locations in surrounding areas (DFW Metroplex), as assigned

Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
