If you enjoy leading a team and enhancing operational processes, this role is a fantastic opportunity for you.<br><br>As a Warehouse Associate, you will take initiative and be responsible for a variety of essential duties, including shipping and receiving, loading and unloading product orders, and maintaining inventory organization while ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all tasks.<br><br>Who is NPW?<br><br>NPW is a premier independent distributor of automotive aftermarket parts. Established in 1969, NPW has experienced substantial growth through 30 successful acquisitions and organic expansion.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>No prior warehouse experience required</li><li>Maintain a well-organized warehouse to minimize product errors and ensure safety</li><li>Receive and stock products in designated areas</li><li>Utilize a handheld scanner and relevant software to ensure accurate shipment documentation</li><li>Pull orders by accurately identifying numeric and alpha-numeric part numbers</li><li>Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to the schedule</li><li>Empty trash daily and dispose of it in the on-premises dumpster</li><li>Assist with additional duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager</li><li>Understand and execute directions from supervisors</li><li>Thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting time-sensitive deadlines</li><li>Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude</li><li>Work independently with minimal supervision</li><li>Forklift Certification is a PLUS!<br><br></li></ul>Physical Requirements<br><br><ul><li>Able to read, stand, walk, use hands and reach with arms; bend, lift, and climb ladders/steps; stand and walk for the full duration of the shift</li><li>Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Consistently lift/carry items weighing 10-20 lbs.<br><br></li></ul>Team Benefits<br><br><ul><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>Employee Purchase Program</li><li>Health Benefits</li><li>401K</li><li>Opportunities for career advancement<br><br></li></ul>If you're eager for an exciting career path with growth opportunities, NPW is the company for you!<br><br>We are a drug-free workplace.
