Akkodis is seeking a <strong>QA Specialist </strong>for a <strong>Contract </strong>with a client in <strong>Abbott Park, IL.</strong> Candidate must have strong bioanalytical testing expertise to support high‑paced QA operations within Starlims and SAP.<br><br><strong>Rate Range:</strong> $35/hour to $37/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.<br><br><strong>QA Specialist Job Responsibilities Include<br><br></strong><ul><li>Conducts bioanalytical quality testing using HPLC, ELISA, MS, and related techniques to ensure product conformance.</li><li>Reviews data, documents results, and maintains accurate records within Starlims and SAP.</li><li>Investigates out‑of‑specification and out‑of‑tolerance results to support CAPA activities.</li><li>Maintains lab inventory, equipment readiness, and compliance with GMP/GLP requirements.</li><li>Supports process and product improvement initiatives by monitoring testing performance and suggesting enhancements.</li><li>Serves as a point of contact for lab issues and provides guidance as an SME on certified methods.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a science or closely related discipline.</li><li>3–4 years in a healthcare or quality-focused laboratory environment.</li><li>Strong proficiency in bioanalytical techniques including HPLC, SDS‑PAGE, Western Blot, ELISA, Mass Spectrometry, and microtiter plate methods.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to perform quality testing, support CAPA investigations, and maintain compliance with GMP/GLP standards.<br><br></li></ul>If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
