Requirements - 6 months experience working in call center / customer service - Fluent in English and Spanish - Able to work part time, with increased hours during the summer Job Responsibilities - Handling phone or chat inquiries from customers - Processing reservations, changes, and cancellations for various parks agencies - Answering questions about park availability and camping policies - Helping customers navigate the reservation website Remaining polite and professional, and adhering to quality and efficiency standards - Internal reporting escalations - Handling customer concerns about billing or complex issues with the help of the Customer Support Analyst team - Reporting software or hardware functionality issues to the CSA team Please reply to this posting with a copy of your resume OR e-mail your resume to and mention the Bilingual Spanish Reservation Agent job in the subject line.
