Earn a decent living delivering small/large parcels from Amazon/Pitney Bowes/Staples and LCBO to our customers located in Barrie and surrounding areas
** Each driver should be able to work 3-5 days/week. - Routes are roughly 100-200 parcels, and an average of 10 hours/work day. Average of $300/day, substantially more during peak seasons and on weekends - Gas bonus given at each bi-weekly pay period. (4-8% of earnings) - Pick up at warehouse in Barrie with your own vehicle and deliver all of your parcels by the end of the day. - Start time is 7:00am-8:00am - Subcontractor position - you are self employed and will need to declare your own earnings and keep track of your own pay. No benefits etc
**Requirements** - Valid G license - 2nd piece of government ID - 3 year driving abstract - Criminal record check - Vehicle insurance with 2 million liability(No commercial or cargo insurance required) - Van/SUV or Truck. Absolutely NO CARS will be accepted for this position - 2 doses of the Covid Vaccine - Strong work ethic - Great with cellphone
All drivers required to wear Steel toe shoes and a safety vest inside the warehouse but footwear of your own choice once you leave the building
Looking for 4-6 drivers to join our team by December 1st for our busy season. Temporary postion with possibility to lead to full time permanent position depending on your performance throughout December.
