Role Description

This role involves working with a team of caring, knowledgeable, and fun individuals to provide Telemedicine customers with an exceptional onboarding experience.

  • You will utilize your technical skills to configure systems and/or integrate with IDEXX products and services.
  • You will educate customers on the ideal workflow and industry best practices that will reveal the value of Telemedicine for them and their patients.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical customer support focused environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an open mind and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to quickly learn Telemedicine products/services and new business tools
  • Experience working in a veterinary practice or a solid understanding of how veterinary practices function (including practice workflow, practice roles, and client communication)
  • College degree (preferred) or a combination of post high school studies

Requirements

  • Preferred hours are an 8.5 hour shift between 8:00am & 8:00pm EST
  • Must be flexible to work weekend and/or holiday shifts
