Role Description
This role involves working with a team of caring, knowledgeable, and fun individuals to provide Telemedicine customers with an exceptional onboarding experience.
You will utilize your technical skills to configure systems and/or integrate with IDEXX products and services.
You will educate customers on the ideal workflow and industry best practices that will reveal the value of Telemedicine for them and their patients.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a technical customer support focused environment
Strong interpersonal skills with an open mind and a willingness to learn
Ability to quickly learn Telemedicine products/services and new business tools
Experience working in a veterinary practice or a solid understanding of how veterinary practices function (including practice workflow, practice roles, and client communication)
College degree (preferred) or a combination of post high school studies
Requirements
Preferred hours are an 8.5 hour shift between 8:00am & 8:00pm EST
Must be flexible to work weekend and/or holiday shifts

Hourly rate of $23/hr + based on experience
