Job Description:
Signature Care, a growing home care agency, is seeking a detail-oriented HR Specialist to manage onboarding and employee compliance for our HHA and PCA workforce. This role is essential in ensuring all staff are properly onboarded and meet NYS home care requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle onboarding process for HHAs and PCAs from start to finish
  • Ensure all employee documentation is complete and compliant (medical, licenses, background checks, etc.)
  • Maintain and track employee files, credentials, and expirations
  • Coordinate orientation and onboarding scheduling
  • Ensure compliance with NYS DOH and home care regulations
  • Respond to employee HR-related inquiries
  • Work closely with compliance and payroll departments

Qualifications:

  • Previous HR or onboarding experience in home care preferred
  • Knowledge of HHA/PCA requirements and NYS regulations
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage high volume onboarding efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Salary & Benefits:
