Grub's is looking to add upbeat and outgoing employees to our front of house staff!
You will be helping to create exceptional experiences for our guests while they dine with us by taking food and drink orders and resolving any complaints and concerns. We are looking for employees with an eye for detail and passion for high quality customer service.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Effectively listen and respond to guests
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Basic knowledge of computers/POS systems
- Must have a professional and friendly demeanor
Job Duties
- Greeting guests and taking drink and food orders
- Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area
- Delivering food from the kitchen to the guests
- Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests
- Following health code standards with regards to the handling of food
- Performing shift duties like delivering racks of cups to the service station, rolling silverware, pre-bussing tables, wiping tables and removing debris and more
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $30.00 per hour
