Job Description:

  • Build and maintain the full LiveOps calendar: events, offers, content cycles, A/B tests
  • Plan LiveOps so that everything runs smoothly without constant fire-fighting
  • Adapt to constraints — solve problems even when resources, data, or clarity are limited
  • Ensure stable releases and smooth iteration across all LiveOps components
  • Act as a Project Manager: gather requirements, align teams, manage timelines, and ensure delivery
  • Own backlogs for Battle Passes, gachas, seasonal themes, cosmetic content, and more
  • Set clear, actionable tasks for 2D, 3D, and development teams
  • Provide thoughtful feedback and track progress to ensure deadlines are met
  • Design and tune monetization features: offers, shops, bundles, passes, pricing strategies
  • Develop new revenue-driving features and propose a roadmap to strengthen the monetization core
  • Understand how different player segments respond to pricing, value, and progression
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve retention, engagement, and monetization
  • Suggest new feature directions, not just execute incoming tasks
  • Take on partial product responsibilities: prioritization, risk assessment, planning

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in LiveOps or Game Design with hands-on responsibilities
  • Experience running the full LiveOps loop: events, offers, testing, scheduling, performance analysis
  • Successfully shipped monetization features with measurable impact on KPIs
  • Proven work in cross-functional teams: dev, art, analytics, marketing
  • Preferably, experience in games with active economies and meaningful DAU
  • Bonus: participation in launching or overhauling monetization systems, or contributing to major KPI growth

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary
  • Monthly lunch allowances via Wolt
  • Comprehensive medical insurance
  • Relocation support to Cyprus, including visa and housing assistance
  • Car rental
  • Flexible work environment
  • Opportunities for professional growth
  • A culture built on initiative, transparency, and collaboration
