Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick customer orders using handheld scanners and other equipment.
- Pack items securely into appropriate containers, ensuring products are protected for transit.
- Sort and stage packages according to destination and shipping method.
- Operate various types of warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, dollies) after receiving proper training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Perform quality checks on picked and packed items to ensure accuracy and prevent damage.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting and moving packages up to 49 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation).
- Basic comprehension skills to follow instructions.
- Reliability and punctuality.

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment (though not required).
