This role is critical in driving transformation through SAP S/4HANA, ensuring data integrity, seamless integration, and measurable business outcomes that enable operational efficiency, scalability, and alignment to YETI’s growth </span><span>objectives</span><span>. The ideal candidate brings experience in global process leadership, ERP transformation, and stakeholder influence across business and IT.</span><span>   Customization at YETI is defined as a channels.</span></span><span> </span></p></div><p></p><div><p><b><span>Key Responsibilities:</span></b><span> </span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Drive significant improvements in the systems, tools and processes used to run and manage a global Customization business focused on predictability of outcomes and clear ownership with VAS partners</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Develop and </span><span>maintain</span><span> a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for </span><span>data and systems</span><span> engineering initiatives that align with the companys overall goals and </span><span>objectives</span><span> in this space</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Partners with key stakeholders, including business leaders, data scientists, analysts, and other IT teams to gather requirements, define product features, and prioritize the product backlog.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Partners with business and product team manager on resource needs / issues and release decisions</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Ensures change management to support business readiness for rolling out new capabilities</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Be the business architect for building a </span><span>scalable</span><span> mature state for Customization at YETI for next 5 years</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Serve as a voice outside the team to </span><span>represent</span><span> the product capabilities and value</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Own key decisions for the global design, governance, and continuous improvement of the end-to-end global </span><span>Customization</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Serve as stakeholder in pricing, order management, and business deal (</span><span>i.e.</span><span> licensing) processes and de</span><span>fine the unique manufacturing, </span><span>fulfillment</span><span> and customer experience involved in these processes</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Champion an enterprise-first mindset across regions and functions.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Influence and align senior business leaders, IT partners, and global teams.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Facilitate decision-making forums and governance structures to support process evolution.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Establish KPIs and success metrics to measure process effectiveness and adoption.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><p></p><div><p><b><span>Qualifications:</span></b><span> </span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>1</span><span>2</span><span>+ years of experience in global business process leadership, ERP transformation, or related roles.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>8</span><span>+ years of leadership experience </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Deep </span><span>expertise</span><span> in SAP S/4HANA, including process enablement, data standards, and integration.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Serve as the voice of the business during design and testing  </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Drive change management, training, and communication plans to support global rollout and sustainment.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Proven </span><span>track record</span><span> of influencing across business and IT to drive strategic outcomes.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Strong communicator and decision-maker with a bias for action and measurable results.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Experience in Plan to Receive, supply chain planning, procurement, or inbound </span><span>logistics</span><span> is highly desirable.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Bachelor’s degree </span><span>required</span><span>;</span><span> MBA or equivalent
