Position Overview

This is a multi-role position that combines customer service, scheduling, operations support, and administrative responsibilities with hands-on cleaning and field work.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will spend part of your time at a desk handling calls, scheduling, and administrative tasks, and part of your time in the field performing estimates, checking quality, and cleaning homes.

You must be friendly, patient, and professional with customers, as you will regularly communicate with clients by phone, text, and in person.

This position requires someone who is willing to step in wherever needed and fully support the team.

Important: Everyone in this company cleans, from the owners all the way down. If you do not enjoy cleaning or are not physically able to clean for extended periods of time, this is not the right role for you.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service and Communication

Answer incoming phone calls and respond to texts and emails

Speak professionally, confidently, and patiently with customers

Provide estimates and clearly explain services

Follow up with customers after cleanings

Reach out to past customers to rebook services

Handle basic customer concerns and escalate when needed

Scheduling and Coordination

Schedule jobs and manage the daily cleaning calendar

Communicate job details clearly with cleaners

Adjust schedules due to changes, cancellations, or staffing needs

Ensure all jobs are properly assigned and staffed

Administrative Tasks

Maintain accurate customer records and job notes

Assist with invoices, deposits, and payment follow-ups

Track customer preferences and service history

Help implement and improve systems and processes as the company grows

Operations and Supplies

Monitor cleaning supplies and inventory

Restock cleaning caddies and equipment

Organize and maintain the supply storage area

Assist with placing supply orders when needed

Quality Control and Field Work

Perform in-home estimates for customers

Check completed jobs to ensure quality standards are met

Provide clear and professional feedback to cleaners when needed

Cleaning Support (Required)

Step in to clean when the team is short-staffed or during high demand

Follow company cleaning systems and standards

Maintain professionalism while working in client homes

Be able to clean for several hours at a time, including standing, bending, scrubbing, and moving efficiently throughout a home

Work Expectations

Some days you may spend most of your time at a desk taking back-to-back calls and scheduling appointments

Some days you may spend most or all of your shift cleaning in the field

Other days will be a mix of both administrative work and cleaning

Flexibility and a team-first mindset are essential for success in this role

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 35.0 per week
