Part-Time Budtender
This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, product education, and compliant sales while ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for all patients and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
-Greet customers and verify proper identification and documentation
- Provide detailed product information, exceptional customer service, and make
recommendations based on customer needs
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption
methods, and effects
- Stay current on industry trends, new products, and regulations
- Ensure compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing display areas
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking, organizing, and counting
- Build customer relationships and loyalty through exceptional service
- Process customer feedback and communicate insights to management
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Participate in staff meetings and ongoing product education
Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Cannabis knowledge or enthusiasm to learn required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Weekend availability
Pay: $16.00 per hour
