Doylestown, PA | Part Time, Seasonal, Hourly | Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm | $16 - $20 per hour

What is needed for this job as our Summer Camp Behavior Specialist:
- 18+ years of age
- 1+ years experience working with children
- Degree or credits towards degree in child development, psychology, or similar
- Ideal summer role for a school counselor!
- Great for students!
The responsibilities we will trust you with as our Summer Camp Behavior Specialist:
- Develop and implement support strategies so that children can grow and thrive at camp
- Provide support for campers who demonstrate behavioral issues
- De-escalating negative behaviors, removing campers from the area
- Decreasing risk of camper injury during emotional meltdowns
- Assisting the leadership team with behaviors so they can remain focused on the operations of the camp day
- Communicating with parents regarding strategies to support the camper
