Title: Analyst I, Compensation
Perform routine tasks to assist in the development and administration of compensation programs to help ensure that compensation policies and practices align with organizational goals and competitive pay practices. Perform duties with moderate supervision as an intermediate-level individual contributor.
Essential Functions:
Analyze compensation reports to ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations. Investigate discrepancies in payroll and employee information systems, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. Assist in the execution of compensation strategies and programs. Participate in the development and implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures to support effective HR management. Assist in the management and maintenance of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Ensure that all tasks completed comply with all relevant federal, state, and local laws, as well as relevant organizational policies. Participate in projects related to the development of new tools or processes aimed at improving efficiency within the organization. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualification:
A high school diploma with at least three (3) years experience required
Associate degree in Business Administration, Finance or Human Resources with at least one (1) year related experience preferred
